About the Distinguished Citizen Award
The Distinguished Citizen Award recognizes outstanding support and leadership in the fight against alcohol and drug abuse. The Freedom House Board of Trustees is proud to select Bob Franks as this year’s recipient of the award. Mr. Franks will accept the award in person at this Banquet on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 commemorating the 22nd Anniversary of Freedom House.
